Ice Show Information for Features
|
Current Bylaws Revisions to be incorporated: |
| Dates of Board Member terms - to run concurrent with USFS. Begin on July 1 and expire on June 30 each year. |
| Fiscal Year - to run on a calendar year for tax reporting purposes. |
| Membership Categories - created new categories. See Membership Category page for details. |
| Test Forms - to be signed by only the Test Chair or the Treasurer. |
| Background Checks - JCFSC coaches age 18 and over will have a background check completed yearly. |
| Sponsors - created tiers of sponsorship levels. Amounts to be determined each season. |
| Conflict Management - created a policy, need to refer to the policy in the bylaws per USFS. |
| Club Membership - to be renewed at the same time as USFS renewals for those wanting a club renewal. |
| Graduate level skaters - will need to carry a full USFS membership in order to skate on club ice. This includes skaters who only skate during freestyle sessions. |
| Sanction - should be submitted for the show as soon as the ice show theme and dates are released each year. Can be submitted online on the USFS website by an officer. |
