All applications are due by June 21, 2008. Late applications will only be accepted if space permits. A late fee will also be assessed.

You may register by submitting the attached registration form. You may also register by going online at www.SMSG.org or www.jcfsc.com to download a registration form.

All applications must be postmarked by June 21, 2008. No certified mail applications will be accepted.

$60.00 for first event
$20.00 for each additional event
$15.00 per skater for Team Entertainment and Synchronized Skating Teams.

A $20.00 late fee will be assessed to all applications received after the deadline.

All skaters must compete at their highest level tested as of June 21, 2008.

Skaters holding both an ISI and USFS membership must skate at the highest level tested of the two.
