Testing at another rink?
If you plan to test away from Washington Park Ice Arena, you need to contact the test chair and/or treasurer to make sure you have the correct information. You will need a "permission to test" form signed by the Test Chair (Barb Bruemmer) or the Treasurer (Christie Kincannon)! Not having this could hurt you as well as the entire club.
Steps to obtain a Permission to Test form
1. Download the fillable form and fill it out.
2. Email the form to the test chair or treasurer for signature
(be sure to tell them where to mail/fax it to. Form can not be returned by email).
